Second of two talks on Israel by Lord Kinross
During his recent visit to Israel Lord Kinross found a general disposition to believe that the country can become economically stable and prosperous not only independently of American-Jewish aid but even independently of a peace agreement with the Arab states. This, he believes, is a dangerous illusion for Israel, and he contrasts the attitude with an original objective of Zionism-to give a normal international status to Jews in the world as a whole.
