' The Agricultural Worker '
W. B. Mercer and others
This discussion will be followed by another broadcast in a fortnight's time, on Friday, March 25, when representative farm workers will be invited to give their views at the microphone.
The broadcast this evening is concerned with a difficulty that seems to become greater every day in the agricultural North, particularly in the more southerly part of the area. The question of the supply of adequate numbers of agricultural workers ; the urge to the town from the land ; the problem of rural housing and of wages - all these points come within the scope of this discussion.

Questions and Answers on today's moralities put by W. J. H. Sprott
Answered by William Holt
This is the fifth of a series of con- versations in which W. J. H. Sprott , lecturer in philosophy at the Uni- versity College of Birmingham, will talk to men of strong convictions, usually unorthodox. The subject of the fifth talk is 'Living Dangerously'. Listeners must draw their own conclusions on the points raised in this broadcast. Living dangerously may seem to run counter to safety-first propaganda, but the world would be a sorry place if none was willing to take risks for great causes.
