Peter Fitzpatrick
'You can tell a good farmer by his farmyard ' — this old agricultural adage has been chosen by Peter Fitz patrick for his text tonight. He will devote his talk to the question of the upkeep of farm buildings, for now is the time to undertake improvements, to bring the farmyard, the farm roads, and the farm drains up to efficient modern standards.
The Ministry of Agriculture have recently worked out a scheme by means of which farmers can obtain grants towards labour for carrying out such improvements, and this will be dealt with by Mr. Fitzpatrick in his talk.
