All three artists in this programme are experienced broadcasters. Tarrant Bailey's father and grandfather were both musicians. He has made more banjo records than any other player of the instrument, judged the first National banjo contest, and has appeared with the Kentucky Minstrels and in television.
Bob Arnold first broadcast in the ' Roving Reporter' series. He is a popular entertainer in Oxfordshire and Worcestershire, specialising in songs of ' The Farmer's Boy ' type.
Hugh Morton is one of the best-known artists in Midland radio, and has played the lead in many musical productions.
