Victor Hely-Hutchinson , who haa devised and will present this series, is a former Midland music director of the BBC and is a professor of music at Birmingham University. His works have been frequently broadcast, and he has also given many pianoforte recitals. The series will deal with Schubert's music in a biographical form, the programme listeners are to hear this evening covering the period 1813 to 1815.
