GARDE PEACH
Peveril Castle, founded by William Peveril in 1068, is near Castleton, in Derbyshire. The small late Norman keep and part of the surrounding wall remain perched on the summit of a limestone crag. Scott made use of this picturesque scene in his novel " Peveril of the Peak."

Patricia Rossborough has been on tour recently with Elsie and Doris Waters , and Clapham and Dwyer. Before making her name in syncopated works, she had given recitals of serious music. She has made many records, been in two films, and appeared before two monarchs. She claims to be the first solo artist to have broadcast from Broadcasting House. Jim Collier broadcast regularly in Canada and the States before returning to Birmingham a couple of years ago.
