Conclusion:
' Cousin Beta to the Rescue '
Production by Josephine Plummer
Events are moving rapidly at Clones Castle, the big house on the Border which Mr. Marks has rented from its owner, Lord Enniskeen. Detective-Sergeant Murphy has been sent from Dublin, on information received through the three Langham children, to round up the whole smuggling gang-Mr. Marks, his secretary de Groot, the mysterious, Desmond, who proves to be one and the same person as de Groot, and the charming Peggy Greenway , who took the children in so cleverly. Added to these is old Mike, a thoroughgoing cattle-smuggler who has agreed to take a big consignment of diamond wrist-watches over the Border. Mike did not realise it was watches he was taking, or he might not have risked it.....
