Mr. McKinnon. a Church of Scotland Chaplain, had the opportunity recently of speaking personally to the majority of the first five hundred ex-prisoners of war returned by the Chinese, both in the Japan Reinforcement Base Depot, in Kure, and on the Asturias during the four weeks' voyage to Southampton. He tells something of the spiritual life of these prisoners of war that he discovered in conversation with them.
