Nigella Lawson lays out her philosophy for not only coping with but actively enjoying Christmas, with plenty of recipes for the festive season.

The Vienna Philharmonic, conducted by Riccardo Muti , are recorded in concert at Salzburg's Festspielhaus to celebrate the 250th anniversary of Mozart. Arias and duets are sung by international opera stars Cecilia Bartoli (mezzo) and Thomas Hampson (baritone), with Mitsuko Uchida playing the piano. Pieces include a duet from Don Giovanni , the chorus finale of The Magic Flute and the sacred motet Exulte Jubilate.
