The colourful lives and influences on our eating habits of TV chefs down the decades are celebrated in this re-edited four-part series. Tonight looks at two culinary experts who started cooking at an early age. Gary Rhodes was just 13-years-old when he cooked the full Sunday lunch for his family, and he went on to rediscover the great British classics. Similarly, chirpy cockney Jamie Oliver used to help out in his father's pub kitchen from the age of eight, growing up to inspire millions with his passion for "pukka" grub. The final episode is tomorrow at 9pm. Producer Jonathan Barker : Executive producer Katie Lander

Continuing the excerpts of JS Bach's organ works performed by York Minster 's organist John Scott Whiteley. Christum Wir Sollen Loben Schon, BWV611 and Wir Christenleut', BWV612 (Orgel-Buchlein). Performed at St
Mary's Cathedral in Freiberg, Germany, this programme employs unusual filming techniques to give a dramatic interpretation of the music. These include using miniature cameras inside the organ to show the mechanical works.

Documentary on the mysterious Voynich Manuscript, which has thwarted the best analytical brains ever since it was unearthed in an Italian monastery in 1912 by Wilfrid Voynich , an antiquarian book dealer from London. With 238 pages written in an unknown language, and peppered with crude botanical, astrological and anatomical paintings, no-one has worked out what it means or what the book is about.
The programme tells the story of the manuscript and of the mysterious man who discovered it, journeying into the worlds of espionage, alchemy, hertoalism and the supernatural.
