A series of four films 3: Sponooch
When HOT gossip burst upon an unsuspecting public they became, almost overnight, the most famous and successful dancers in the business. But for five of the original group it was not enough. They left Hot Gossip and formed their own group - SPONOOCH.
They struggle to be independent, democratic and uncompromising, trying to elevate their reputation and their cultural credibility. Over six months the film follows their attempts to find the work, the money and the management that will enable them to keep on trying.
