6/8. Retro rocker Suzi Quatro spins American rock 'n' roll recordings of the 50s and 60s, including rock-era treatments of old standards. Tonight's covers include the Everly Brothers' Temptation and Johnny and the Hurricanes' Red River Rock, plus classics by the Paris Sisters (I Love How You Love Me) and Lesley Gore (her 1963 debut hit It's My Party, produced by Quincy Jones). Also, Suzi celebrates the release 50 years ago of Seventeen, by Boyd Bennett and His Rockets.
