launches Radio 2's Country Season with 90 minutes of country classics, competitions for Dolly
Parton's new autobiography, and a concert from one of country music's giants, Charley Pride. The only black artist to reach the top of the country music tree, Charley's unique career includes a phenomenal 67 hits, 30 of them chart toppers.

Tonight's show is devoted to a preview of the Easter Blues Festivals at Burnley and Gloucester and features tracks by festival headliners Larry McCray ,
Billy Boy Arnold , Jay Owens and Stan Webb. Paul is also joined for an acoustic session by two fellow members of the Blues Band who open the Burnley Festival next week.
