Paul's dream to turn Glenbogle into a luxury hotel is severely tested by the investor.

The family are unimpressed by Paul's plan to turn the house into ashooting lodge. Viktor Zinchenko, a potential investor, comes to test the facilities with his demanding wife.

Viktor Zinchenko, a potential investor, comes to test the facilities with his ultra-demanding wife Catriona.After a bad start, Viktor and Catriona have a great time. Viktor reveals that he won't invest in the hotel but he will buy it as a gift for his wife. She is unimpressed and Paul is furious.Later, their pet panther Yuri escapes and Paul saves Catriona from certain death. Viktor is inspired by Paul's courage and changes his mind over buying the houseMeanwhile, when Iona dresses up as Lady of the Manor for the formal dinner, Paul realises he is falling in love with her .
