Goldie's Wonders!
A progress report on the famous eight with Simon Groom, Janet Ellis and Peter Duncan.
If all goes well, Goldie's second litter of pups will provide seven pairs of eyes for the blind. Halley, Bonzo, Honey, Fergie, Snowy, Amber and Bruno are all trainee guide dogs and Puppy Walking Manager Derek Freeman says they're all making excellent progress. Bonnie's taken over from Goldie as the Blue Peter dog, and her training is being followed by viewers every Monday and Thursday. All eight are a great credit to their famous mum, and in this report you can follow their development from the moment they were born, seven months ago, to the chaotic afternoon, last month, when photographer Robert Hill tried to take their picture.
