These three speakers are well-known Eisteddfodwyr ; they have followed the Eisteddfod for years and have an intimate knowledge of all its workings. Sir William Jenkins is Vice-Presidcnt of the Eisteddfod this year, and he is also Vice-Chairman of the Executive Committee ; Mr. Philip Thomas is the Chairman of the Executive Committee ; and Mr. John Walter Jones is the Chairman of the Literary Committee.
