An Appeal on behalf of GREY LODGE SETTLEMENT, DUNDEE, by The Honble. the Lord Provost of Dundee (WILLIAM H. BUIST )
For nearly fifty years the Dundee Social Union has been concerning itself with the welfare of the city's industrial population. Grey Lodge Settlement, on behalf of which today's appeal is being broadcast, is the centre from which the Union's social work is carried out, and 1,800 persons take part in the various organisations of the Union, a number which grows ever larger with continuing unemployment and expanding population. Financial help is urgently required if present work is to continue and wider development to take place.
Contributions will be gratefully acknowledged and should be addressed to [address removed].
There are more than 5 million programme listings in Genome. This is a
