Associations Championship

Six bands chosen by different associations will be heard in this concert, the League of Bands' Association's championship contest under National Brass Band Club rules. Under the sponsorship of J. H. Iles , the Association and the National Brass Band Club were merged in 1933, and the following year the National Bands Federation joined the Association's branch. Other associations have been added since, making a total of fourteen with a combined membership of over four hundred bands.
