Paul Dukas (1865-1935) and Charles Koechlin (1867-1950) Two individualists of French music, the former rooted in the 19th century, the latter in the 20th.
The week's programmes include all the published orchestral music of Dukas, and Koechlin's symphonic poems inspired by stories from Kipling's The Jungle Book.
