David Gilmour performs old and new songs in a concert recorded on 7 March at London's
Mermaid Theatre. Gilmour joined Pink Floyd in January 1968 and assumed leadership of the band following the departure of Roger Waters in 1985. Gilmour and Waters reunited with other Floyd members for an appearance at last summer's Live 8 concert, underscoring Gilmour's ongoing commitment to social and political change. Producer Sarah Gaston
