Lu-Col. Gwynne, President of the Association, will propose a silent toast in remembrance of those who were killed in the war, and he will call on a petty-officer to strike ' Four Bells ' on a bell that belonged to the late Admiral Lord Beatty 's flagship, H.M.S. Lion.
