Sally has discovered that Mrs. Dawson," the woman who took away Myra's child Nicky, is also responsible for the thefts at the Boutique. She had been working for Sally as part-time book-keeper. Florrie Oldenshaw. the police-woman, was on the spot at the time and, despite Sally's protests, she put Mrs. Dawson under arrest. Mother Fisher has been moved to Hillside Hall and Mr. Andrews, the gardener, is particularly indignant about the uoat. Meanwhile Roddy and Shanta are on holiday on the Island of Lewis.
