of Touch of Evil Janet Leigh , Peter Bogdanovich and Charlton Heston contribute to this documentary which tells the dramatic behind-the-scenes story of Orson Welles 's film Touch of Evil, the subsequent controversial re-editing undertaken by the studio, and the recent restoration work that has enabled audiences to see as much of Welles's intended version as possible. The restored Touch of Evil can be seen tomorrow at 11.55pm. Ends 1.50am. (S)
