The last of three investigations into the aftermath of terror.
Reconciliation. In 1992 white South African policeman Brian Mitchell was jailed on 11 counts of murder, but earlier this year he was freed as part of the ANC government's national reconciliation strategy. As he returns to the black township where his crimes were committed to express his remorse, this programme asks whether true reconciliation can ever be possible without the forgiveness of the victims themselves.
