In whole fields of medicine technical progress in treatment and biological research are advancing together.

In an operation the exposed conscious human brain can be stimulated to evoke from particular small regions memories and past sensations. This programme shows how the work of a distinguished neurological surgeon, Dr. Wilder Penfield, is contributing to our knowledge of the way the brain functions.

Star attraction of Big Tim Champion's Circus is Ben Ali with his race horse Hasan; but Ben Ali threatens to leave if Big Tim does not send away Corky, who has annoyed him. To save the circus Corky runs away; and he finds two new friends, one of whom is the surprising Mr. Sinbad.
