Luton Town v Liverpool
Kenilworth Road is the venue (kick-off 5.30) for two sides who, when they last met in the tournament back in 1987, needed two replays to separate them.
These days, Championship contenders Luton are looking to return to the top flight of English football, while European champions Liverpool are beginning their bid to win a seventh FA Cup, spearheaded by manager Rafael Benitez and captain Steven Gerrard.
