For 13 years as a young priest, Archbishop Trevor Huddleston lived in the townships around
Johannesburg in South Africa, ministering to the Africans and fighting for their rights. Since he left 35 years ago he has been a tireless campaigner against apartheid. This summer he finally returned to the country, invited by the African National Congress to open its conference in Durban.
