Thirteen-year-old Merrick is a Christian who lives in Birmingham. He was born in England, though his parents come from Jamaica. Most evenings after school he goes on his own to church - not because he has to, but because he enjoys it. He's a member of one of the Pentecostal Movements - which, to many people, offer a way of life and worship that's fresh and challenging.
