Wild animals with built-in appeal
with Tony Soper and Eva von Rueber-Staier
A series of nine programmes
Although they are venomous, we have always looked kindly upon bees. They have certainly been one of the most useful of insects. We provide bees with a ready-made hive; they provide us with wax and honey and pollinate our flowers and fruit trees. What is honey and how is it made? How is the industrious society of the bee organised?
