Saturday, July 20, Is the twenty-fourth anniversary of the last attempt by the German opposition to kill Adolf Hitler. After its failure thousands of Germans were executed or thrown into camps. Tonight's film describes the activities and sufferings of German resistance groups—communists, Christians, and the military—between 1933 and 1945. The story is told through the eyes of twelve survivors.
