Leslie Hastilow , the Chairman of the National Federation of Sea Anglers, takes Bill Latto on some expeditions in search of tope and dogfish.
At Newhaven they sail out to sea with competitors in the Annual Tope Festival, and return in time to see the ' weigh-in.' Among those whom they meet are the proprietor of a fish and chips shop, a young dogfish angler, the Festival champion; and as usual Victor McClure supplies the recipes.
