Shaun returns with a new Like & Shared track from Self Esteem & as part of 6 Music's programming around Mental Health Awareness, we revisit Matt's Mindfulness Tour Dates Moment.

It’s the start of the week and Shaun has a brand new Liked and Shared track to kick off the week. Essentially it’s a rebrand of the Single of the Week (“They’ve re-badged it you fool”) and we’ll give it the first play today. This week it's the new single from Self Esteem. ‘I Do This All The Time’; is a brilliant;y honest pop song inspired by Baz Lurhmann cult classic, Sunscreen, it’s a spoken-word ode to all the frustrations and societal norms that cloud expectations of ‘correct’ womanhood.

Plus, Monday sees our Music News journalist Matt Everitt joining with the latest Music News and Matt also revisits his Mindfulness Tour Dates Moment as part of 6 Music's season of programmes called One For The Head. 6 Music is marking Mental Health Awareness week this week with One For The Heads – a selection of programming on the theme of wellbeing. Programmes will be broadcast between Monday 10th and ‘Slow Sunday’ 16th May, where listeners can kick back for the day by listening to a day of chilled out music. Matt looks ahead to the return of live music by reading out upcoming tour dates in a slow and calming voice. Today, Matt is reading out the rescheduled tour dates for our favourites The Staves. 

As well as this, Squid are today's Album of the Day, another Small Claims Court caller joins with their claim to fame and GoldSoundZ kicks off the show with 30 minutes of 6 Music BANGERS!
