We hear from the headteacher who defends his school from criticism over its toilet paper policy. Inspectors from Ofsted said that toilet paper wasn't consistently provided in the school's toilets.The school's headteacher explains to Nomia that whilst toilet roll is provided, culturally pupils there prefer to wash themselves. Also Ruchi Chaudhry, founder and co producer of 'Sex, Shame and Urban Indians' podcast,discusses youth sexuality. Then Rani Bilku, from human rights equality group Jeena International, joins Nomia to talk about her Radio 4 documentary 'The Untold: My Brother Jaspal'. It follows her journey to find out the truth behind the death of her half -brother Japsal. Plus Arifa Akbar, the former literary editor of the Independent, wants to get more of us reading and writing. She hopes to achieve that by launching an online magazine called 'Boundless' which she says will give diverse people a platform to share their opinions. And author Haroon Ullah talks to us about his new book 'Digital World War'.
