Following the discovery of the numbered membership list of the spy ring involved in Sally Buxton 's disappearance, Banwell Spender is on the run. Numbers 1, 2 and 3 of the list are unnamed, however, and assuming Spender and the late Sam Buxton to be two of them-who is the other? Jean-Pierre is doing a mid-day broadcast from the top secret O.X. factory and as Buxton warned Spender to ' Notify everyone through Jean-Pierre.' Danger and her associates rush to the factory in the hope of finding further information ...
