Upottery. in the Black Down Hills of Devon, is not a likely place for a festival, but Penelope Lee has successfully run one there for several years. She has gathered a rich array of talent and material in Upottery Parish Church for tonight's celebration of the 12 days of Christmas. The poetry ranges from Kipling and Hardy to
Dylan Thomas and a poem by a 14-year-old boy. With THE CHOIR OF
