Cheetahs In a Hot Spot Namibia is home to the world's largest population of cheetahs, but the 3,000-strong spotted brigade is constantly under threat from both natural forces and human intervention.
The scorched northern desert land of Etosha is beset with endless drought, endangering a remarkable family of seven cheetahs who struggle to survive. On the ranch land of the south, meanwhile, a lone female cheetah tries to get by on the fringes of civilisation. If caught by a farmer, it is likely that she will be shot, but help is at hand.
