2.1 Words and Pictures: The Lion who Wished
A new series for 6- and 7-year-olds in the beginning stages of reading.
Lord Rex is a lion who always wants things to be different from the way they are. He meets a succession of animals of whom he is envious. Each one grants him a wish and as he assumes a butterfly's wings, a giraffe's neck, the legs of a kangaroo, his appearance becomes increasingly ludicrous.
Introduced by Henry Woolf.

2.18 British Social History: The Palace of Glass

2.40 Music in Action: You'll Never Walk Alone (Repeat)

Presenter (Words and Pictures):
Henry Woolf
