In this series Judith meets top restaurateurs, famous food writers and cookery experts who demonstrate dishes that aren't 'naughty but nice' so much as 'nice but not naughty'!
Despite the British climate, barbecues and outdoor eating are growing in popularity. A break from grilled chops and sausages is provided by two food writers, Claudia Roden and Dinah Morrison, who are preparing lavish hot and cold picnic food, with journalist Paul Levy mixing the drinks.
