Cold War thriller starring

Michael Ontkean Hyde , a tough US Drugs Enforcement officer, is paired with MacKenzie, an intelligence officer from the Canadian Mounties. They stumble into the heart of an international conspiracy engineered jointly by the CIA and the KGB. Too late, the partners realise that the old ideologies have become a little blurred, and that there are no longer any borders in the world of espionage.
