Real Greek food is home cooking rarely found in tourist restaurants. Starting on the sun-drenched island of Paros, cooks divulge some of the secrets of their kitchens, including 'avgolemono', the traditional egg and lemon sauce; beef stifatho, an earthy aromatic stew; and authentic taramosalata.
And for the stouthearted, a demonstration on how to clean a squid ready for stuffing!
