Directed by Fred Wilkinson from the Grand Central Hotel,
Belfast Percy Waterhouse, one of the most popular broadcasters in Northern
Ireland, became music director at the Grand Central Hotel, Belfast, in October, 1937. He brought with him his orchestra from the Chalet Club, who with additional players now form Don Wilson 's Grancent Orchestra. He has been broadcasting in Ulster for the last two and a half years, both as a saxophone and clarinet soloist, and in programmes of syncopation with James Moody , such as ' Stop Dancing ' and ' Lazy Rhapsody'.
