Vincent Mora is a hard-nosed
Miami policeman recovering from a gunshot wound in sunny San Juan. When his girlfriend becomes involved with a shady casino owner and winds up falling to her death from an 18th-storey balcony in Atlantic City, Vincent travels north to confront the seedy underworld of high-flying gamblers, drug dealers, thugs and hookers.
Jimmy Smits is best known for his role as Victor Sifuentes in the American series LA Law.
