The Royal Institution, London, Annual Christmas Lectures to Young People by Dr John Napier
1: Man has a very short neck and no tail
During the next few days JUDY, a chimpanzee from Twycross Zoo , will help DR NAPIER with his lectures, and in the first talk there is an explanation of why it is that human beings are the most intelligent of the primates.
There is very little difference between ourselves and the chimpanzees or gorillas. Like us they have no tails, and, zoologically speaking, they are our closest relatives.

This week's star guest Goldie Hawn
Promotion for Goldie Hawnleading alumnus (or is it alumna?) of Laugh-In when she returns as tonight's star guest, no less. Things probably haven't changed too much in the meantime, and her fans will hope she hasn't either. Maybe she'll still get her lines deliciously wrong, guest or no guest, and still be the undumbest dumb blonde in the business. But who cares? We'll love her just the same.

An Expedition into the Stone Age
