HUGH TRACEY , the authority on traditional tales and music from Africa, is a new visitor to Play School and tells three African animal stories. Tuesday's picturebook The Happy Owls is illustrated by Celestino Piatti , and on Thursday TERENCE HOLLAND tells a story about a snowman who wouldn'melt. During the week the toys start to carry out their New Year Resolutions, and on Wednesday when the decorations are taken down they find an unopened present.
